The Impact You’ll Make

As our Customer Claims Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer complaints and claim-related activities are managed accurately, efficiently, and consistently across the organization. You will support the full claim lifecycle—from intake through closure—while maintaining clear communication, reliable documentation, and alignment with DPS complaint handling standards and customer expectations.

Your impact?You will help strengthen customer trust, improve responsiveness, and support continuous improvement by ensuring claims are tracked, documented, and resolved effectively. You’ll collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and plant teams, taking ownership of claim administration, customer communication, documentation accuracy, and process coordination, helping us move toward a more customer-focused and operationally efficient future.
