At Publicis Sapient, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead a large-scale Point of Sale (POS) transformation program for one of the region's leading retailers.
Orchestrate multiple workstreams across POS platforms, supply chain, store operations, integrations, and data ecosystems .




Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors , influencing decisions and driving alignment.
Establish and lead robust program governance frameworks , including roadmap planning, dependency management, and executive reporting.
Proactively manage risks, scope, budget, timelines, and quality across a complex transformation landscape.
Ensure transparency and accountability through data-driven reporting and KPIs .
Operate effectively in hybrid delivery environments (Agile at scale, SAFe, and hybrid models) .
Continuously optimize delivery approaches to enhance speed, quality, and impact .
Strong expertise in Supply Chain and Retail Operations , including integration with POS, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics systems.
