Position Summary

We are seeking an Automation & Innovation Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation, digitalization,



and technology-driven solutions. This role will help optimize manufacturing, operational, and administrative processes while strengthening efficiency, safety, quality, traceability, and competitiveness.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Automation & Innovation Engineer will lead projects from opportunity identification through implementation, validation, and stabilization.

Responsibilities
- Lead automation and innovation projects from needs assessment through implementation, validation, and stabilization.
- Identify process-improvement opportunities using automation, robotics, digitalization, artificial intelligence, data analytics, IoT, MES, SCADA, PLC, and related technologies.
