The Programming Manager designs, plans, and promotes an engaging portfolio of onsite events, activations, and guest experiences for Rosewood Mayakoba, with a focus on driving revenue and building community on property. This role ensures all programming reflects the resort’s sense of place and owns the annual programming calendar and guest-facing collateral, working closely with both the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Director of Marketing & Communications. The role also serves as the property-level liaison to the Regional Digital Marketing Hub, with respect to all digital marketing activities including not limited to paid media strategies as well as all email, website, and OTA marketing efforts, to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and successfully on behalf of the property.
