The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.Key responsibilities include:- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement reusable components, automations, and features that meet business requirements.
- Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting,



and debugging to ensure code quality and platform stability.
- Optimize queries and business processes through efficient use of SOQL and Salesforce development best practices.
- Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define solution architecture and implementation strategies.
- Support system integrations with external applications and contribute to version control and deployment processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).
CertificationsCandidates must hold at least one of the following Salesforce certifications:- Salesforce Platform App Builder- Salesforce Platform Developer I- Any other Salesforce certificationRequired Experience- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
- Strong proficiency in:- Apex- Lightning Web Components (LWC)- Visualforce- SOQL- JavaScript- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and conducting technical solution reviews.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in agile and collaborative environments.Languages- Advanced English (written and spoken)- Fluent SpanishIdeal Candidate Profile- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
