The specialist will drive the design, deployment, adoption and evolution of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities, ensuring secure, automated, and compliant access management across the enterprise.RequirementsProven hands-on experience implementing SailPoint (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud).




Experience integrating IGA platforms with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, and provisioning connectors.Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.G., SOX, ISO *****, NIST).
Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation and evolution of the SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud solution.Design and configure integration with SAP SuccessFactors to enable HR-driven identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes).
