You will lead onboarding, run live walkthroughs, and serve as the trusted contact post-launch while driving client adoption and satisfaction.The role requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple client conversations in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
This is an independent contract position with PST-friendly hours.
