As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop staff, manage project timelines and deliverables, and use sound judgment to navigate complex situations while bringing forward opportunities that support client service and firm growth.
In this role at PwC, you will help shape transaction advice, coordinate across multiple workstreams, and apply financial diligence methods and technology tools to deliver clear, practical insights for clients.ResponsibilitiesLeading financial due diligence workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, and divestituresReviewing financial statements, earnings quality, cash flow trends,
