They will be part of a small team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of logistics and supply chain creditor transactions, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and effective supplier relationship management.Key Performance IndicatorsAccounts Payable & Creditors ManagementEnsure supplier invoices are accurately and timeously processed and recorded in NetSuite in compliance with company policies and USA, Mexico and Peru tax regulations.Generate purchase orders accurately and within required timelinesEnsure relevant shipping details are recorded in NetSuite and in any other tracking spreadsheetsUpload approved invoices and supporting documentation into designated NetSuite foldersMonitor and follow up on outstanding requisitions, purchase orders,



and goods/service receipt transactionsGenerate and send out supplier remittances following paymentCreditors Reconciliations & ReportingTake full ownership of creditor age analyses and account reconciliationsRequest and obtain Supplier statements.
Investigate, reconcile, and resolve unmatched or outstanding itemsPrepare and report monthly creditor aging analysesQuery Resolution & Stakeholder ManagementBuild good relationships with key suppliers and cross-functional stakeholdersInvestigate and resolve account discrepancies efficiently and professionallyCollaborate with Grower Accounting and other finance teamRequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field.Minimum of 2–4 years' relevant Accounts Payable experienceExperience within logistics, supply chain, agribusiness, fresh produce, or related industries will be beneficial.Good English proficiency (written and verbal).
