We are looking for a Senior Payment Methods Quality Analyst to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with strong decision-making skills who understands how to minimize financial losses by assessing the risk of Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions generated through direct sales channels. The position is responsible for evaluating transaction risk to support approval, rejection, or escalation decisions, ensuring effective fraud prevention, revenue protection, compliance with internal controls, and a secure payment experience for our customers.

Educational requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics,



Business Administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Experience:
• Experience in Fraud Prevention, Payment Risk, Sales Audit, Revenue Assurance, Reservations, and the use of fraud prevention systems.

Skills to succeed:
• Experience with fraud prevention systems (Cybersource, Riskified, Signifyd, Koin).
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus and Sabre).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
