We are looking for a Analista Contable to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is idóneo for a analytical, detail-oriented, responsible individual who understands how to execute and validate accounting processes related to payroll, employee terminations, and severance payments, ensuring the accurate calculation of applicable concepts and seniority-based indemnities, proper tax treatment, and correct accounting records based on length of service and reason for termination. This role also supports accounts payable and related reconciliations, prepares reports and controls to track calculations, accounting entries, and payments,



handles sensitive employee information with accuracy and confidentiality, and coordinates with Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, and Accounting teams to ensure processes are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies.
Educational requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; degree completion required.
Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting processes, payroll, employee termination settlements, severance payments, or similar functions is preferred.
• Experience calculating employee termination settlements, severance payments, seniority-based indemnities, and other applicable concepts based on the specific circumstances of each termination.
• Experience validating the applicable tax treatment for termination settlements, severance payments, and indemnities.
• Experience preparing accounting entries related to payroll and employee termination processes.
