We are looking for a Senior Labor Relations Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is idóneo for an effective communicator, skilled negotiator, and results-oriented individual who understands how to manage labor relations through union agreements, compliance with labor regulations, and the timely resolution of labor-related matters, providing support to leaders and operational areas to maintain a stable work environment aligned with the organization’s objectives.
Educational requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Specialization in Labor Law (preferred).
• English proficiency (preferred).

Experience:




• Solid experience in Labor Relations and direct interaction with unions.
• Experience applying and managing Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and Internal Work Regulations.

Skills to succeed:
• Union management and negotiation.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and Internal Work Regulations.
• Labor Relations reporting and KPI management.
• Team management and coordination.
