We are looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative individual who understands how to lead the company's sustainability governance, reporting, and disclosure processes while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and alignment with stakeholder expectations. The Corporate Governance Manager oversees ESG disclosures and sustainability reporting, including IFRS S1 and S2 standards, SEC sustainability-related reporting requirements, and leading external frameworks and assessments such as CDP, Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), EcoVadis,



and the United Nations Integral Compact.
This role also drives the digital transformation of ESG data management and reporting processes through platforms such as Workiva, ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and integrity of sustainability information. Additionally, the manager monitors and reports progress on the company's ESG strategy, leads governance-related initiatives, coordinates sustainable finance programs, and serves as a key liaison with investors, customers, rating agencies, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to strengthen transparency, accountability, and the organization's sustainability positioning.

Educational requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Corporate Social Responsibility, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification in ESG, Sustainability, Sustainable
