We are looking for a Junior Labor Relations Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is adecuado for a strong leader, effective communicator, and resilient professional who understands how to plan and execute Labor Relations strategies for unionized and non-unionized employees across Aeromexico Group, ensuring compliance with labor policies and regulations, as well as the proper management of labor litigation and proceedings before authorities, in order to maintain a fair work environment and mitigate financial and regulatory risks for the company.

Educational requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• English proficiency (preferred).

Experience:




• Experience in Labor Relations processes and labor litigation.

Skills to succeed:
• Knowledge of Mexican labor law.
• Team management and leadership experience.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
