We are looking for a Sales Executive to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is idóneo for a proactive, customer-focused, results-driven individual who understands how to develop Aeromexico's sales presence within the assigned market by managing relationships with travel agencies, consolidators, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and corporate clients. The successful candidate will manage a designated customer portfolio, identify new business opportunities, strengthen commercial partnerships, execute sales strategies, monitor performance indicators, and contribute to achieving the company's sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.





Educational requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.

Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the airline, travel, tourism, or corporate travel industry.
• Proven experience managing travel agencies, consolidators, TMCs, and/or corporate accounts.
• Experience executing commercial strategies through client visits, negotiations, training sessions, and promotional activities.
• Experience monitoring sales KPIs, developing action plans, and driving sales performance.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and commercial initiatives.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
