Uber Freight is seeking a Customer Support Specialist I for our Monterrey Center of Excellence. You will support U.S. and Canada operations with data entry, scheduling, tracking, and resolving delivery exceptions, working with a team of 10–20. This onsite role requires strong English and customer-facing experience.
You will collaborate across groups to deliver outstanding service to carriers and customers, with shifts Monday–Friday and holiday coverage as needed.
