Job Description This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.
Main Responsibilities Monitor and track active shipments
Proactively communicate with carriers and drivers
Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
Identify and escalation potential delays or service issues
Ensure accurate documentation and system update

Requirements English level Advance (fluent)
At least 1 year of experience Tracking loads
Experience tracking shipments for international loads. (Plus)

Position 100% ON SITE (NO HOME OFFICE)
Schedule availability Friday to Monday
Days off: Tuesday to Thursday (3 days off)
Schedule from 6:30AM -6:30PM
