Position: Delivery Manager – T24 Testing Location: Puebla, Mexico Work Authorization: Candidates from anywhere in the world can be considered; visa/relocation sponsorship will be provided as applicable. Role Requirements: Strong QA / Quality Assurance background with experience managing testing programs.
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Test Manager / QA Manager leading large-scale testing initiatives.
Strong hands-on or leadership experience with T24 / Temenos Transact testing.
Experience managing end-to-end testing delivery , including test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategy, test governance, and quality processes .
Experience coordinating onshore/offshore QA teams and managing delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
Spanish language proficiency is required.




Strong English communication skills are preferred.
Candidates willing to relocate to Puebla, Mexico will be considered.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall T24 testing delivery and QA lifecycle.
Develop and execute test strategies, plans, schedules, and quality governance.
Manage QA teams and coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams.
Track defects, risks, dependencies, milestones, and overall delivery status.
Work closely with business, technology, and client stakeholders to ensure successful testing and deployment.
Provide regular status reporting and drive resolution of critical testing issues.
Ensure testing deliverables meet quality, timeline, and business requirements.
