We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. EPAM is delivering a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Rapid Assessment to establish a clear roadmap for a successful MVP launch by evaluating current capabilities, identifying gaps, and validating requirements. The project involves implementing a net-new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced installation within the MedTech domain.

Responsibilities

• Apply proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customization,



and integration across complex enterprise environments
• Lead and mentor junior developers while overseeing development workflows and maintaining code quality standards
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, managing client communications effectively throughout the process
• Maintain a detail-oriented focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions despite tight deadlines and shifting requirements
• Make proactive decisions with strong maturity, independently prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent tasks
• Collaborate effectively within a medium-sized cross-functional team of 6-10 members, coordinating closely with third-party vendors
• Apply familiarity with MedTech or other regulated industries, understanding relevant compliance and data sensitivity considerations
