Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker at Hillcrest Connect Solutions. The Freight Broker will source, negotiate, and secure freight capacity with carriers/customers while matching transportation solutions to customer needs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing load tenders, coordinating dispatching activities, tracking shipments, and resolving service issues to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves building and maintaining strong account relationships, providing proactive customer updates, and identifying opportunities to improve cost, service, and efficiency. The Freight Broker will collaborate with internal teams, use HCS’s technology tools for real-time visibility, and maintain accurate documentation and records in line with company and regulatory standards.
