About Tiger Surveillance
Tiger Surveillance is Tiger Technology's dedicated solution line for the video surveillance and physical security market, built on nearly two decades of expertise in high-performance storage and hybrid cloud data management. Our flagship platform, Tiger Bridge, gives VMS deployments a seamless path to the cloud for capacity expansion, disaster recovery, long-term footage retention, and global access — without disrupting live recording or existing camera and VMS infrastructure.

We work hand-in-hand with VMS vendors, systems integrators, and end customers running mission-critical surveillance environments — from city-wide public safety networks to enterprise and critical-infrastructure security operations. We are a trusted partner of Microsoft, AWS, and IBM, and our technology protects the footage of world-class organizations including NASA, Disney, and Dolce & Gabbana. With teams across Bulgaria, the USA, the UK, and the Middle East, Tiger Surveillance combines the agility of a specialized team with a truly general footprint.

About the Role

The Solution Architect is a hybrid technical role that spans pre-sales solution design, hands-on deployment, and post-deployment technical support — dedicated primarily to our video surveillance (VMS) customers, with occasional support of Tiger Bridge deployments elsewhere as needed. You will work with prospects and existing surveillance customers across the full lifecycle — from initial technical discovery and storage/VMS architecture, through installation, configuration, and footage migration, to validation, training, and ongoing troubleshooting.

You'll be equally comfortable in a whiteboard conversation scoping a surveillance storage solution with a customer's security and IT teams, in the terminal configuring a production VMS storage environment, and on a support call resolving a live recording issue. This role suits someone who wants ownership across the entire technical customer journey in surveill
