Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the Registered Compliance Officer for the designated SOFOM, responsible for CNBV-related registrations, routine regulatory filings, and compliance matters.
• Concurrently serve as the Head of the UNE (Titular de UNE) registered with Condusef, assisting in the handling of customer complaints and related matters.
Job Requirements
• Must have passed the CNBV PLD/FT certification exam (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing).
• Spanish speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
• Relevant industry experience.
