Job Summary

We are looking for a System Engineer with experience in System Engineering, Battery Management Systems (Client), requirements management, system architecture, and functional safety.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define system requirements based on customer requests.
• Work with technical teams to resolve requirement and design queries.
• Collaborate with subteams to assess the feasibility of requirements.
• Set up and manage new projects and requirements in JAMA/DOORS NG.
• Ensure full bidirectional traceability from customer/system requirements to software implementation and validation test cases.
• Conduct requirements peer reviews with software, hardware, and validation engineers to assess feasibility, understanding, and impact.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements and define verification criteria.
• Baseline requirement releases and ensure compliance with change control processes.
• Support system architecture design and development.
• Perform system and software architecture activities using EA/Rhapsody/Cameo tools.




• Define and disseminate Battery Management System requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate requirements in accordance with relevant norms and standards, including FuSa (Functional Safety) and product safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 26262, DFMEA, and PFMEA.
• Maintain documentation for requirements, design changes, and quality control.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering is required.
• Candidates with a non-engineering background are not eligible.
