About The Role

The role will support Carrier manufacturing operations while leading new technology development and implementation programs. The engineer will serve as a key technical liaison between the Heat Transfer Manufacturing team in Syracuse and Carrier’s manufacturing facilities in Mexico, ensuring effective communication, knowledge transfer, design alignment, manufacturing readiness, and successful project execution.
