Job Description
- Develop and maintain labor standards using time studies, work sampling, and predetermined motion time systems.
- Perform workforce planning and labor capacity analysis to support production requirements.
- Lead line balancing activities to optimize labor utilization and improve throughput.
- Analyze direct and indirect labor performance and identify productivity opportunities.
- Establish and maintain standard work and labor reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities Industrial Engineering & Productivity

Facility Layout & Material Flow
- Design and optimize manufacturing layouts to improve workflow, capacity utilization,



and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate material flow and implement improvements that reduce transportation, handling, and non-value-added activities.
- Support facility expansions, equipment relocations, and manufacturing footprint optimization.
- Develop capacity models and future-state layouts aligned with business growth.

Continuous Improvement
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
- Implement Lean tools including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Standard Work, and Waste Elimination.
- Identify and execute projects that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Data Analysis & Performance Management
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks,
