Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Compensation Advisor to join our Hybrid workplace, working 2 days per week from an HPE office in Mexico. The role supports general COE programs, conducts market pricing, and drives data-driven compensation decisions.
You will analyze external data from Radford, Mercer, WTW, and others, help shape job architecture, and advance AI-enabled workflows across compensation processes. A degree in a related field and at least two years of experience are expected.
