This person will play a key role in supporting LATAM IT consolidated planning, forecasting, and financial close activities, while delivering accurate, clear, and concise analysis to the Regional CIO, CTO, IT Managers, Local CFOs, COG IT DFO, and other key stakeholders on a regular basis.

This position will work closely with Local Controllership and FP&A; teams in the preparation of reports, analyses, budgets, and forecasts, and will communicate accounting decisions to the Finance Team in Miami to ensure the appropriate accounting treatment.

The role also serves as a liaison between the Regional IT organization and Regional/Local Finance, LOB DFOs, and executive leadership. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, solid process understanding, ownership and accountability, the ability to meet deadlines, effective communication across all levels of the organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.




- Strong financial acumen with the ability to explain financial matters clearly to non-financial audiences.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes (US GAAP).
- Experience partnering closely with Controllership on accounting-related matters.
- Understanding of the accounting impact of accruals, amortization, CAPEX/OPEX, and fixed assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
