Flex is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly) to join our Production Engineering team in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will lead process-development efforts focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements for a PCBA manufacturing environment.
You will develop mechanical assembly processes, evaluate designs for manufacturability, justify and implement capital equipment, and own process control methodologies and ECOs for smooth transfer of new processes.
