Job OverviewOur client is seeking a Candidate Sourcing & Outreach Specialist to support talent operations across the United States and Germany. In this role, you will combine candidate sourcing from job descriptions with outbound calls to recently signed-up candidates, helping them understand how the company works and ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experience.
ScheduleMonday to Friday, versátil schedule during Pacific Time business hours (coverage extending until 8:00 PM PT preferred); Full-time, 8 hours a day. Note: Optional weekend coverage may be available by mutual agreement.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates based on job descriptions and role requirements.




- Use AI sourcing tools and other recruiting platforms to find candidates efficiently and at scale.
- Review candidate profiles, assess initial fit, and prepare relevant profiles for internal review.
- Call recently signed-up candidates and clearly explain the platform, process, and opportunities.
- Confirm candidate interest, availability, preferences, and alignment with potential roles.
- Manage an existing candidate backlog while processing new daily sign-ups.
- Conduct timely follow-ups through the appropriate outreach channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, activity notes, statuses, and next steps in CRM, ATS, or tracking systems.
- Share feedback on candidate quality, outreach responses, and sourcing challenges.
- Work closely with the team to improve sourcing quality, response rates, and candidate engagement.

Requirements
- 25 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate outreach, talent operations, or a related sales or outbound
