Hillstone Networks is growing in Mexico, and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a strong hunter profile to lead our commercial strategy for advanced cybersecurity solutions. If you’re passionate about technology, opening new opportunities, and working closely with strategic partners, this role is for you.
Position Objective:Design and implement sales strategies to position and expand Hillstone’s cybersecurity solutions in the Mexican market, working closely with distributors, partners, and end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and develop new enterprise and strategic accounts in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, including CIOs, CISOs and IT/Security leaders.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on new customer acquisition.
- Work closely with Channel Partners, MSSPs, System Integrators and Distributors to develop and convert new opportunities.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity creation through negotiation and close.
- Build pipeline through proactive hunting,



rather than relying primarily on inbound or partner-generated opportunities.

Required Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably cybersecurity, networking, cloud or IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience selling to enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Strong hunter mentality and demonstrated ability to generate new business.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
- Strong experience working with channel partners, MSSPs, system integrators and distributors.
