Kinatric is looking for a creative, organized marketer to grow our online presence and build a community around our robots. Kinatric makes quadruped robots, including the D2 and D2W. You’ll run our social media channels, manage paid ads, and lead our Discord community, working closely with our sales team to turn interest into customers.

Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Build and manage our Discord community: welcome new members, keep conversations active, answer questions, and host events like Q&As; and product demos.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, tracking spend and results.
• Turn product updates, robot demos, and customer stories into short videos, posts, and graphics.
• Monitor comments and messages across all channels, and pass sales leads and technical questions to the right person.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, ad results) and share simple monthly reports with ideas for improvement.

• Work closely with our sales representative on campaigns, product launches, and lead generation.

Requirements
• Based in Mexico, with strong spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Hands-on experience running paid ads, ideally on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable creating content: writing, basic graphic design, and short-form video editing.
• Experience managing an online community; Discord experience is a plus.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently from home.
• Curious about technology; robotics experience is not required.
• Must have your own computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace for video calls.

Nice to have
• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a strong plus.
• Experience marketing technical or B2B products.

Compensation: $30,000 MXN per month, with room to grow as the business expands.
