Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miguel Hidalgo, CMX, focused on audio project management and sales at Arquitectura Aural. The role involves managing end-to-end audio installation projects, coordinating timelines, and ensuring that equipment and materials are delivered and installed according to specifications. The team member will interact with clients to understand their acoustic and audio needs, prepare proposals and quotations, and support the closing of sales. Daily responsibilities include liaising with suppliers and logistics partners, monitoring project progress, organizing inspections and quality checks, and updating internal systems and reports. The role also requires collaboration with technical and design teams to align project scope, budgets, and schedules while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications

• Experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of technical or construction-related projects.
• Skills in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials,



and documentation.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and quality assurance practices for installations or technical systems.
• Background in logistics management, including scheduling, inventory coordination, and supplier communication.
• Understanding of professional audio systems, acoustics, or AV solutions is highly beneficial.
• Strong client communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear proposals.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in relevant office and project management software; experience with CRM or ERP tools is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish; English communication skills are an advantage.
• Degree or technical training in engineering, audio, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
