As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a production area and ensuring the achievement of operational objectives related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People, and Continuous Improvement (SQCDPI).

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily production operations and ensure achievement of SQCDPI objectives.
• Promote a strong culture of Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, aerospace regulations, and HSE standards.
• Manage production schedules in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Develop, coach, and motivate production teams.
• Oversee workforce planning, including shifts, overtime, and vacations.
• Monitor productivity, operational KPIs, and SAP reporting.
• Lead QRQC, 5S, audits,



and corrective action initiatives.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and applicable procedures.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, production planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.
