USA-Tech is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead the commercial development of our N-type solar cells in Mexico and international markets, with a strong focus on North America.

This is a key commercial role with the opportunity to build the sales pipeline from the ground up, develop strategic customers and secure recurring and long-term supply agreements that support the growth of our manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico and international markets.
- Build a qualified pipeline targeting solar module manufacturers and strategic industrial customers.
- Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation and closing.
- Develop commercial opportunities under direct cell supply and toll manufacturing of customer-consigned wafers.
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, payment terms and supply agreements.




- Develop strategic accounts and long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate customer qualification, technical evaluations, factory audits and approved vendor onboarding.
- Manage CRM, pipeline and evidence-based sales forecasts.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Foreign Trade.
- Support commercial activities related to USMCA, tariffs, trade remedies and supply-chain traceability.
- Represent USA-Tech at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of B2B sales, business development or strategic account management experience.
- Proven track record of customer acquisition and sales closing.
- Experience in solar PV, semiconductors, industrial technology or manufacturing is highly valued.
- Experience selling technical products to manufacturers.
- International sales experience, particularly with U.S. and Canadian customers.
