About the Role

This position is based onsite in Tijuana, B.C., Mexico. We are looking for a highly organized, discreet Executive Coordinator with executive presence to provide strategic and operational support directly to NAC’s CEO. You will be the coordination hub of the CEO’s office, managing calendars, corporate communications, events, travel, and strategic projects with autonomy, precision, and absolute confidentiality.

What You Will Do

• Manage the CEO’s executive calendar, travel, meetings, corporate events, and strategic commitments
• Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders: clients, partners, vendors, and corporate teams
• Draft, review, and manage communications on the CEO’s behalf: emails, memos, presentations, and official documents in English and Spanish
• Prepare materials, agendas, briefs, and follow-up on agreements for executive meetings
• Coordinate the CEO’s participation in events, conferences, business trips, and brand activations
• Track strategic initiatives, deliverables, and key dates across departments
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism
