About the Role
We're looking for a creative, strategy-minded Senior Graphic Designer to own Ethnik Living's organic social presence and support our paid creative pipeline. This person will blend strong visual craft with content strategy – researching what is working across the category, developing scroll-stopping creative, and building an always-on organic content engine across TikTok and Instagram.
The role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, design, community, influencer management, email marketing, and day-to-day content execution. It is idóneo for someone who cares equally about the 'why' behind a hook and the craft of making every brand touchpoint feel cohesive.

What You Will Do
Organic Content – TikTok, Instagram Reels & Stories
Plan, create, edit, publish, and continuously improve highly engaging organic short-form content.
Build a consistent Stories strategy and manage day-to-day Stories posting.
Write strong hooks, captions, and on-screen copy designed to earn attention quickly.




Develop repeatable content formats and series rather than relying only on one-off posts.
Actively engage with the social community through comments, DMs, replies, and relevant brand conversations.

Email Marketing & Cross-Channel Creative
Support day-to-day email marketing execution, including campaign concepts, copy, creative development, and visual layout.
Design email creative that feels consistent with social, paid media, website, and broader brand campaigns.
Adapt campaign ideas across email and social so launches, promotions, and product stories feel coordinated across channels.
Partner with the marketing team on email calendars, asset needs, and timely campaign delivery.

Brand & Visual Design Support
Create visual assets beyond social when needed, including packaging mockups, simple print assets, presentation-style layouts, and digital brand collateral.
Translate existing brand direction into polished, commercially effective design across multiple formats.
