Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences is hiring for Director of Sales, Marketing & Events.

The position will oversee the Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Catering, Events and Convention Services functions of the resort.



This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive group, leisure, consortia, corporate, incentive, wedding, and event revenue while strengthening the resort’s position within the luxury hospitality market.

Administrative:
· Design, implement, and facilitate the annual Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Event plans for the resort.
· Identify booking-cycle challenges, market opportunities, and business risks, and develop strategies and tactics to address them.
· Develop and execute strategic revenue plans for group, incentive, consortia, corporate, leisure, wedding, and event business.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, meeting planners, incentive houses, corporate accounts, destination management companies, wedding professionals, media, and community partners.
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve budgeted group
