Reporting directly to the Sustaining Engineering Manager, sustaining engineer will be responsible for supporting product design modifications, engineering change management, and technical application support across Industrial Circuit Protection products. This role plays a key part in ensuring product integrity, supporting continuous improvement initiatives,



and maintaining compliance with customer, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements.
You will work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and external customers to implement engineering changes, resolve technical issues, support product specifications, and drive product performance improvements. The position requires strong problem-solving capabilities, technical design experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.

About the Job:
• Lead engineering change management activities, including development of preliminary drawings, change documentation, and implementation of engineering changes.
• Create and maintain marked-up drawings, ensuring all technical and product information is accurately documented.
• Conduct feasibility reviews with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams to evaluate proposed product changes.
