As a Service Desk Manager, you will lead the delivery of IT support services, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and a positive user experience. You will collaborate with IT and team members to improve and support organizational goals.
You will oversee service desk performance, help resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery. Additionally, you will foster a customer-focused culture, support team development, and ensure services meet our needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage, developing, and training the service desk team.
• Ensuring that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.
• Conduct and share results from service and operation performance reviews.
• Promote the service desk with senior management and working to ensure that it is viewed as a important business asset.
• Coordinate and manage all relevant team members, including the support desk team, customers, and other teams that are involved in service desk operations.
• Be aware of and managing the costs of running the service desks.
Qualifications
• Work experience as a Help desk manager 6 or 7 years
• Hands on experience with help desk and remote control software
• Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
• Customer-service oriented
• Advanced english
