TCS is seeking a Semi Senior Onsite Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support services, ensuring the reliable operation of end-user devices, workplace technologies, and enterprise applications while delivering an exceptional support experience.

The Semi Senior Onsite Support Engineer will collaborate with IT operations teams, business users, and technical stakeholders to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support workplace technologies, manage endpoint devices, and maintain operational continuity across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Support end users with Microsoft Office applications and enterprise tools.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and workstation-related issues.
• Configure and support mobile devices, tablets, and workplace technologies.
• Maintain and update asset inventory records.
• Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate support teams when required.




• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and end-user support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in Onsite Support, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of network connectivity troubleshooting and workstation support.
• Experience supporting mobile devices and basic workplace technologies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Availability for full-time employment.
