Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Support Engineer. The IT Support Engineer will manage the daily technical operations, including providing technical assistance, resolving user-reported issues, conducting troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems. Responsibilities also include offering stellar help desk support, managing system administration tasks, and ensuring technology infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

You will provide global
follow-the-sun 1st and 2nd line production support service to the
in-house and vendor FX Trading applications across the regional FX
business using your technical and business knowledge.
• Provide 1st/2nd line support for Banking applications.
• Manage, maintain and support applications and their operating
environments.
• Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.
• Support, maintenance and testing to applications are managed and
delivered through agile methodologies with teams working in squads.
• Tracking outstanding issues and working with the appropriate parties
to achieve resolution.
• Liaising with internal, external stakeholders and 3rd party vendors
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and automating manual
tasks.
• Provide Support of Liquidity providers, pricing and aggregation
engines.
• Coordinate and provide support to Vend
