We're looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design effective NetSuite solutions, and ensure successful ERP implementations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
• Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to design and evaluate effective solutions.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client implementation.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring expectations and needs are met.
• Take full ownership of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
• Design functional solutions aligned with client business processes.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure the quality and accuracy of delivered solutions.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite ERP – mandatory.
• At least 1+ year of experience in ERP consulting or similar IT consulting roles.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce platforms.
• Leadership or team coordination experience.
• Project management experience or certifications.
