Join Hexagon's Integral Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence as a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting recruitment across the Americas. Based onsite in Monterrey, Mexico, this role partners with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and business leaders across North, Central and South America to develop recruitment strategies, proactively source and assess talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, technical and leadership positions.
As a trusted talent advisor, you will provide market intelligence, talent insights and recruiting expertise that enable informed hiring decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. English is the primary business and recruiting language for this role, supporting hiring across North America.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple countries within the Americas, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing labour market intelligence, competitive insights and recommendations that improve hiring outcomes.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening and behavioural interviews, with English serving as the primary language for candidate engagement and stakeholder communication.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the Americas.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple countries and time zones while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage requisitions, candidate records and recruiting activities within SuccessFactors while maintaining high data quality and process compliance.
