Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a highly motivated individual or group already in the E. Dash sports business or in SUP business. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective retail partners and distributors, conducting in-person sales meetings, and presenting SipaBoards products and technology.



Day-to-day activities include visiting customers, demonstrating product features, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close new business. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with existing accounts, providing responsive customer service, and gathering market feedback to support sales strategies. The Outside Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and consistent brand representation in the local market.
