Join our team in Mexicali as an Intercompany Planner Buyer and help optimize material flow and supply chain operations across our Aero Structures sites. You’ll manage intercompany orders, demand planning, and supplier agreements while collaborating with integral teams to solve challenges and drive continuous improvement. We’re looking for an analytical, proactive professional with SAP, Excel, and advanced English skills who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
What You Will Do:
• Ensure the intercompany planning process is executed in alignment with procedures and policies.
• Facilitate intercompany projects to streamline product flow across Aero Structures sites.
• Manage stock transfer orders, purchase orders, long-term agreements, and pricing records.
• Review intercompany demand, process sales orders, and support working capital and operations planning.
• Collaborate with production control to address capacity and delivery challenges.
• Position may include occasional travel to the United States, as required by business needs, and might require obtaining a visa.
• Requires proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate across diverse teams, deliver presentations, lead meetings, and facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on business objectives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
