We are hiring: Laboratory Coordinator (Plastics Injection/Rubber Industry) | Quality Area

Are you a Quality or Testing Engineer ready to lead laboratory governance and drive product validation in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are looking for a 3 Month Laboratory Coordinator to support our team

Key Responsibilities:
-Direct and supervise daily laboratory operations and testing activities.
-Ensure test integrity, traceability, and strict compliance with customer validation requirements.
-Drive testing reliability across APQP milestones, PPAP submissions, and launch readiness verifications.
-Manage lab equipment calibration schedules and infrastructure maintenance.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Quality teams.

Qualifications:



Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in laboratory/testing operations within an industrial or manufacturing setting. Solid hands-on knowledge of APQP/PPAP requirements, calibration control, and testing methodologies.
