Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of sales revenue and gross margin objectives within the assigned portfolio by implementing growth initiatives, increasing market share, and promoting best practices to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Technology and Operations teams to establish customer-focused teams that develop innovative products, deliver tailored solutions, and provide best-in-class service.
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and optimize commercial performance.




• Manage key customer accounts through effective negotiations, balancing business objectives, profitability targets, and long-term partnership development.
• Lead the resolution of customer claims and issues in collaboration with dedicated cross-functional teams, ensuring timely responses and effective commercial and technical solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to support sustainable growth and strengthen the company's market position.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers.

Qualifications

• Chemical Engineering Industry or Related Commercial studies

Required Skills

• Manage of proeficient Microsoft Office tools
• CRM management (Dynamics) SAP/Must have
• Business English (Corporate scope)
