About the Role
We are seeking a CV Growth & Customer Strategy Coordinator to lead the growth agenda for Metalsa’s Commercial Vehicles business, identifying and developing profitable opportunities across current and new customers, regions, and programs.
This role connects market opportunities, customer needs, and Metalsa’s commercial and technical capabilities, working closely with Account Executives, PLM Specialists, and cross-functional teams to build the growth pipeline, strengthen customer strategy, and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage the Commercial Vehicles growth pipeline across current and new customers, regions, programs, and platform extensions.
• Identify, prioritize,



and lead new business opportunities from initial customer engagement through business case development and commercial readiness.
• Partner with Account Executives and PLM Specialists to identify and accelerate growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams across Commercial, PLM, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain around growth priorities.
• Drive customer segmentation and customer-level strategy standardization across CV accounts and regions.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, track opportunity conversion and performance, and support leadership growth reviews.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer strategies to identify future growth opportunities.

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial, business development, sales, or key account management.
