Responsibilities
About the Role
The Product Manager, GM Protection Mexico is responsible for the end-to-end management of GM Financial Mexico's Protection product portfolio, including Extended Warranty and future protection products.



This role leads product strategy, customer and dealer research, product design, pricing coordination, customer experience development, and go-to-market execution.
The position serves as the voice of the customer, dealer, and business, translating market opportunities into profitable and differentiated protection solutions that strengthen customer retention, dealer engagement, and GM Financial's strategic objectives in Mexico.
Reporting to VP IO Insurance, the Product Manager works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Actuarial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Experience, Dealer Services, Marketing, IT, and Third-Party Administrators to deliver industry-leading protection programs.
