Job Description

Hyatt is seeking a Sales & Events Systems Training Specialist to lead the implementation, training, and adoption of Envision and other hotel sales and event management systems across Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and onsite training for hotel Sales & Events teams.
• Support implementation, configuration, and adoption of sales systems such as Envision and Delphi.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and instructional videos.
• Collaborate with hotel sales leaders, general managers, and general implementation teams.
• Manage multiple deployment projects and support operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel experience in Group Sales and Events Management.
• Experience with hotel sales applications and their business impact.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel 50 75% as required.
